With this in mind, applications from those with lived experience of marginalisation will be prioritised.

 Person specification:

  •         Experience working on communication strategies within the arts.
  •         A genuine commitment to maintaining and broadening cultural diversity and access across all areas of Selina Thompson Ltd and the industry as a whole.
  •         In line with what our company is and stands for, we are particularly interested in working with people from traditionally marginalised backgrounds.

Application: Please apply with a brief outline of how you would approach the work and relevant experience, along with examples of your work and 2 references. We encourage you to contact Sarah or Lila on [email protected] for more information and an informal chat before applying.

Budget: Up to a maximum of £1,500 (inclusive).

Submission guidelines: The deadline for submissions is 7th January 2021. We may close the vacancy earlier if we find a suitable consultant. The company is committed to the principles and practice of equal opportunities, and endeavours to challenge discrimination in its practice.
