Our Operations Manager will be a key part of the functioning of the company, ensuring we keep the lights on and that the day to day running of the company is smooth and in line with our values. This is an exciting time for the company, with a range of new projects in development across a variety of artforms.
As a crucial part of our team you will lead a team on the day-to-day company management, drive policy development and ensure our systems and processes are in good shape.
This is a great opportunity to use your experience to help ensure this Arts Council England’s National Portfolio organisation has a solid foundation to work from, enabling us to continue making ambitious and exciting new works to tour nationally and internationally.
Starting ASAP
Permanent contract, after a 6 month probation period
£36,000 per annum for 32 hours per week
